Please Read This Before Use!

This vacuum container is made of double-wall glass. There is a vacuum between these two glass walls, there is also a silvered coating applied between the glass walls.


For keeping hot, rinse with warm water then fill with hot water, move the water out after 5 minutes, and then fill the flask with the hot beverage.


For keeping cold, rinse with cold water, but if there is a hot drink in the flask before use, rinse with lukewarm water first and then fill the flask with the cold beverage.


It’s important to avoid sudden and extreme differences in temperature.


After some time of use, the flask’s base might need to be tightened.


At room temperature above 22°c and for product’s capacity 500cc to 2000cc, put 95°c hot water inside after 6 hours water temperature will be above 70°c and above 36°c after 24 hours. And for capacities between 350cc & 500cc, it decreases 5°c from 500cc to 2000cc capacities.


All the above data and capacities are approximate and might be more or less by 5%.


Fill the flask up to approximately 3 cm below the glass neck, the screw base should not touch the beverage.

The factory guarantees this product only to keep hot and cold. This warranty also does not cover damage caused by misuse.

Keep the flask upright at all times.


The thermos must be cleaned periodically. The best results are obtained by using a mixture of water and baking soda or washing up liquid. Rinse well afterward, and avoid using hard or abrasive tools.


Do not use for the carrying or storage of ice cubes, because the transportation of ice cubes might damage the inner liner.

Don’t use it for drinks containing warm milk & dairy products.

Do not use for food products of babies & children because this may cause a buildup of bacteria.


Do not use for carbonated drinks.


If mishandled or dropped the inner filler may break. Do not drink directly from the thermos as it could contain broken glass, especially if there are signs of leakage.

To avoid breaking the inner glass, do not put it in a microwave, oven, or dishwasher.
